C&D Processing Line - Hook Lift Bins - Machine Attachments

We are finalising the design for a C&D processing line which include:

18m long conveyor with

2 hopper feeders 

air knife blower 

cross belt magnet

4m x 1.5m twin screen deck

8m long picking line 

2x 10m stacking conveyors

18m stacking conveyor

The processing line will have to ability to accommodate 80 tonne per hour.

In addition we are supplying the client with:

8 tonne 360 degree rotating hydraulic grab

8 tonne mechanical grab

4 in 1 posi track bucket

3m3 hook lift bins

10m3 hook life bins

Mobile Trommel

We are supplying a small mobile trommel with conveyor and ability to process 40 tonne per hour
